Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Yes. Packages ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.

Carrier scans can lag a day behind pickup. If tracking hasn't moved after 2 business days, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated or frozen and away from light. Storage guidance specific to each product is included with your order.

Unopened, properly stored vials remain stable well beyond a year. Reconstituted product should be used within the window noted on its label.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent lab and its Certificate of Analysis is published for identity, purity, and potency - see our Lab Results page.

No. Everything we sell is intended strictly for laboratory research and is not for human or veterinary consumption.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorization.
