We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet available.
Processing and delivery
Orders placed before 2pm ET ship the same day from our US facility. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is printed. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier once a package is in transit.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents visible from the outside.
Free shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
Delayed or missing packages
Carrier tracking can occasionally lag behind pickup by a day. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 2 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
