Return window
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue a return authorization before sending anything back.
What can’t be returned
Opened, reconstituted, or used vials cannot be returned for safety and quality-control reasons. Items damaged in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
Order errors
If we shipped the wrong item or a product arrived defective, let us know and we’ll cover the correction at no cost to you.
